Michael Wohltmann

Coach Michael is a 20 year veteran at being a top trainer. He has coached athletes to achieve records, up and coming high school athletes to play at the college level, and many to achieve a more healthy body. He has logged more than 32,000 hours in his career so far. He has owned his own personal training studio for eight and a half years and went on to own four large health clubs.Coach Michael has a teen bodybuilding title and a NYS Power Lifting record to his name and has coached 16 NYS State Power Lifting Records and 5 National Power Lifting Records (AAU).

Joe Benedict

Strength Coach/Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

Coach Joe has been training for bodybuilding for the past 8 years. Joe has been making nutrition plans for clients for the past 4 years. He has coached many competitors to the stage and has seen them have great success. He has taken clients to compete in their first show and place, he’s coached a pro figure model last year for the WBFF Worlds in Toronto, Canada, he coached clients in the NBF and the NPC.
He is someone who practices what he preaches. Joe tries to make the grueling process of competing and make it as easy as possible. Joe has a great sense of what it takes to get to stage level.
Last year coach Joe competed in the NY Grand Prix in Poughkeepsie, NY and won the novice overall and came in 3 in the open class.
